Our wiring harness is a relatively complicated vehicle wiring harness. Different models and different audio brands have different wiring harnesses. Our general step as follow.
First
According to the customer's wiring harness drawing, 3-5 working days to complete our factory wiring harness drawing.
Second
Our salesman will confirm the relevant details with the customer.
Third
After the customer reaches an agreement, we will generally start to produce two sets of samples, one for the customer's sample, and one for internal storage in our factory, which will be used as a basis for future mass production.
Fourth
Wait for the customer's feedback. If the test is passed, we will start the order process, otherwise we will repeat step 2 until the proofing is successful.
