At 16:30 that day, the factory’s fire alarm sounded on time, simulating a fire scenario. Workshop directors immediately organized on-duty employees to evacuate the production areas quickly yet orderly along predetermined evacuation routes to the safe assembly area on the factory playground. The entire evacuation process featured clear division of labor and standardized actions: all staff arrived safely at the assembly point without any incidents of crowding or stampedes.

From 16:35 to 16:40, all employees lined up. Lin Bin, the drill leader, first delivered a speech on the significance of the exercise and key points of corporate fire safety. Combining actual factory scenarios, he explained daily fire prevention precautions and basic principles of fire escape, helping every employee deeply understand the close link between fire safety and production/life, thereby solidifying the ideological defense line.
Hands-On Training, Mastering Skills
From 16:40 to 16:55, the activity entered the practical teaching session. Lin Bin explained the applicable scopes, operation mnemonics, and usage taboos of common firefighting equipment (including fire extinguishers, hydrants, and fire hoses) one by one, followed by standard demonstrations. Subsequently, two groups of employee representatives took the stage to conduct suppression drills on simulated fire sources—their actions were standardized and proficient, achieving the training goal of "everyone knows, everyone can use."

From 16:55 to 17:00, Lin Bin reviewed the entire drill process, affirming the performance of all employees while proposing improvement suggestions for details that could be optimized during the exercise.
